Prime Beer is a boutique beer made for meat and now available in great restaurants and bottleshops. 

It's a deep amber ale style beer with complex malty flavours and strong bitterness to enhance seared meat from the grill.

This time, after a year's research we identified the raw ingredients, brewing methods and finished beer characteristics that best suit red meat flavours - beef, lamb or even gamier meats such as venison and kangaroo. 

Prime - a full bodied ale made for meat. No other beer has been created from the very start with the specific intention of complementing red meat.
