Brian is Fusion Brewing's brewmaster. Brian obtained his qualification from the prestigious Institute Of Brewing in the UK and has been involved in establishing breweries throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas including Waimea Brewery (Hawaii), Emerald Brewery (Ireland), Little Creatures & Mildura Brewery (Aust)

Brian regularly judges both domestic and international beer awards and has himself won Gold medals in most beer categories at both Australian & International beer awards throughout his brewing career.

Brian worked with Matthew Evans on translating the flavours into ingredients and tweaking the formula along the way in response to our consumer testing. Where Matthew is the architect, Brian is the builder of our award winning boutique beers - Bluebottle Beer, Firefly Beer and Prime Beer.
